Registration of an Immediate invoice

An immediate invoice is a combination of a delivery receipt and an invoice related to a specific shipping date. Receving such a document is thus similar to what already explained for invoices and delivery receipt, as all the entries are the same as the ones for other documents.

To save a received invoice proceed as follows:

1. Select the "New" menu in the "Document list" window and click on the "Immediate invoice" menu entry;
2. When the dialog window opens, insert all the data as requested in the specified sequence as shown for other documents;
3. Confirm the operation by clicking on "OK";

Check and complete the information that appears in the "Payment" window to finalize the information to be inserted in the journal.
