How to send a PDF invoice by e-mail

LibertyCommerce7International allows to send PDF versions of any issued invoice by e-mail. This is possible only if the customer information includes the e-mail address.
It is also possible to add a predefined text that will be automatically inserted in the e-mail body.

This option works as follows.

After issuing one or more invoices, open the invoice to be sent by e-mail and click on the option "Send PDF by e-mail". The default mail program will open and a new mail will be created with a PDF attachment of the invoice, the specified text in the e-mail body, and the recipient already selected.
Upon verification of the e-mail content, the e-mail can be sent.

Alternatively, it is possible to generate the e-mail and PDF by right-clicking on the invoice to be sent in the invoice list.
